Referring to the Parkinson's Disease Centre of Excellence

General Practitioners and Specialists can refer patients to the Parkinson's Disease Centre of Excellence via HealthLink or by emailing [email protected].

Please include the patient's medical history, working diagnosis, and any relevant investigations (imaging, genetic testing, bloods, etc.) with your referral to help us triage appropriately.
